Before We Start

Because we take personal training very personal, we first compile as much information about you as we can. We are asking you to complete an exercise history and health history questionnaire.

We may also ask you to provide us with a physician’s approval form and any information that you have from a physical therapist if you had recent problems.

When we first meet, we conduct a musculoskeletal screening during which we do

               Posture and movement analysis

Body composition assessment using near-infrared technology

        Blood pressure check

        Grip strength assessment

        Core strength assessment

        Flexibility assessment

        Balance Evaluation
